Becoming an effective leader is a personal choice and well within the abilities of each and every person if they are willing to learn and practice. My programs are designed to help people make that choice and establish a practice routine that will work for them and those they hope to engage. I like to customize all of my programs to meet the specific needs of my clients. These programs include:
The Leadership Challenge® (Certified Master)
L.I.V.E. Leading in the Virtual Environment®
Negotiate and Influence
Creativity and Conflict
My profile is below. Bio, client list, references available upon request.
Creative, Compelling, Curious
These are three qualities I bring to every project. I embrace the metaphor that leadership development is an ongoing journey. As a result I focus on helping my clients establish ongoing development practices that will support them on that journey. I listen carefully and push my clients to explore their untested potential.

“We started out as a bunch of skeptics. Beth helped us identify our common interests and the unique talents we each bring to the group. The result was we were able to set a realistic course that felt doable. We left feeling grounded and inspired. And we had a good time!”
“Beth has a way of handing out new tools that you can examine and play with and before you know it, you’re coming up with new ideas.”
What I believe:
• A person who can tap into what they believe and still stay curious has the capacity to be a creative, effective, committed leader.
• Transparency is crucial for effective leadership. To be transparent, a leader must be aware of their own values and the values of the organizations they are part of.
• Leadership is about relationship.
• We learn from each other.
What I believe about leadership:
• It is grounded in self and group awareness.
• It begins with understanding what you value.
• It is everyone’s right and responsibility to take the lead on things they care about.
• We all need it: our families, our schools, our communities, our corporations, our government, our nations, our world. Leadership matters.
I’ve been successful with clients if:
• They see the link between their goals and our time together.
• They see greater potential for themselves, each other, and their organizations.
• They achieve peak performance by strengthening the abilities of others to excel.
• They have laughed often.
• They know their best next step and are inspired to reach into the unknown.
