What I believe:
- Building on a foundation of shared interests, most groups can generate positive outcome whether that means defining a strategic direction, resolve conflict, generate new ideas.
- Effective meetings occur when all parties understand and are in agreement with the desired outcomes.
- A facilitator’s role to is to help the group get to their desired outcome in the most effective efficient manner possible
